● Complete machine wall board and other important pieces are all made by high precision process center.
● All transmission axle and roller are made of high quality steel with high precision dynamic balance, plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
● The transmission gear adopt international standard 45# steel, which is grinded after heat-treatment, hardness HRC45-52, after long use, it still maintains the high topping precision.
● Whole machine main structure part using capt-lock union link, eliminated the link interval, adapt to the long term high-speed printing.
● Machine adopt the spray lubrication style, and have the oil self-balance device.
Print unit
● High precision dynamic balance anilox, fine printing effect 180, 200, 220 items by choose.
● The print phase 360℃ adjustment, print roller can be adjusted horizontally ranging from±10mm.
● The interval of transmission roller, paper press roller, and rubber roller and anilox roller adopt the self-lock structure.
● Brush plate reset, and ink clean mechanism.
● Print roller adopt options glue plate or handing plate ,has rapid handing plate mechanism.
● Options: separately position device, ensure the print phase unchanged after separated unit.
Slot unit
● Slotting knives set can horizontal movement ,precision gear with smooth bar which plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface, movement flexible and accurate orientation of upper and lower cutting.
● The phase of slotting adjust by electric digital 360°, slot height by manual.
● The press line wheel and slotting knives movement in a joint ,control by manual.
● The slotting and press line interval adjustment adopt the self-lock structure.
